As the result of the coordination between the Commonwealth of the North, Brotherhood, ARFE, CEER, and border actors, the “Training Course between Ecuador and Colombia” was established for November 8 and 9, November 15 and 16, on November 29 and 30 and December 6 and 7.

The INNOVACT project, committed to the development of the Border Integration zones of Ecuador and Colombia proposes - with its development partners: Universidad Politécnica Estatal del Carchi, Universidad Mariana de Pasto, El Observatorio Binacional de frontera, Gobernación de Nariño, Prefectura del Carchi, La Mancomunidad del Norte del Ecuador, La Cancillería de Colombia- will offer a rigorous academic training that contributes to develop the vision and cross-border planning, under the responsibility of several Higher Education Institutions of Ecuador, Colombia, Spain and Portugal. A degree valid in both Ecuador and Colombia will be handed over to participants after the completion of the course. There are 120 hours of training, including face-to-face, virtual and autonomous work.
