The INNOVACT EU study visit has received overwhelmingly positive responses from all participants.

The Dean of the Faculty of Agronomic Sciencies at the University of Tarapacá in Arica, Chile, has published a comprehensive article on the study visit and the field visit to Central Denmark. A particularly interesting article summarizing the event was posted by Jorge Molina-Martínez, the Brussels Delegate of Campus Iberus, as well. Furthermore, Washington Leonidas Ávalos Basantes, from the Commonwealth of Northern Ecuador (Mancomunidad del Norte del Ecuador), shared his impressions and pictures hereTECNALIA, one of the INNOVACT consortium partners, also published pictures of the visit, documenting the inspiring exchange and presentations.

Other participants expressed their impressions in various tweets, grateful for intense working sessions, the strengthening of links between EU and LATAM institutions and an excellent exchange of experiences for example in the cross-border region Italy/Slovenia or on the subject of renewable energies. Various EU stakeholders voiced their support for INNOVACT. For example, Gino Cormons, Senior Policy Officer in EU Affairs of the autonomous Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region – one of the INNOVACT partner regions – , expresses his particular interest in INNOVACT with the following statement: Collaboration in the framework of INNOVACT is, in his view, valuable in order to expand their knowledge, business and networks. As a consequence, they expect to develop an institutionalized exchange on best practices through lasting strategic alliances and for this to contribute to promote their products on international markets.
